Stuart has 40 years experience as a Building Surveyor and Project Manager working in the commercial property and construction industry and is the founder of iCON Building Consultancy Limited.
Prior to establishing iCON Building Consultancy Limited in February 2009, Stuart was Head of Building Surveying at Millbridge Group plc for 7 years, Associate Director at GVA Grimley for 7 years and Senior Building Surveyor at Savills for 7 years.
Stuart’s particular expertise is in undertaking pre-acquisition building surveys on behalf of occupiers and investors, advising both Landlords and Tenants on their dilapidations liabilities and project managing complex refurbishments and alterations to offices, industrial units, children's nurseries, retail units, leisure centres and schools.
Stuart’s interests include sailing, kayaking, motorcycling and classic cars.
Chris has 30 years experience as a Building Surveyor and Project Manager working in the commercial property and construction industry and joined iCON Building Consultancy Limited in April 2010 as an Associate Director.
Chris’ particular expertise is in space planning and architectural design using AutoCAD, building pathology, preparing technical specifications and project managing complex refurbishments and alterations to schools, crematoriums, leisure centres, commercial, industrial and residential buildings.
Chris’ interests include playing league cricket.
