This service can be provided for new build or refurbishment projects, and we have managed projects related to all major sectors with values ranging from under £50,000 to £10 million.
We will provide initial advice regarding the suitability of design to meet your needs, issues around planning approval, likely costs, competent and trustworthy contractors and overall time scales. From the start we will work with you to identify objectives and evaluate options, and throughout the project we supervise quality, progress and costs in order to deliver a successful project.
